Acorn CNC-Steuerkits sind sowohl ein DIY-System für CNC-Hardware als auch CNC-Software, das für die Zusammenarbeit konzipiert sind und eine einfache CNC-Einrichtung und Bedienung mit minimalem Aufwand ermöglicht.
Centroid „AcornSix“ Step/Dirs-CNC-Steuerkit:
eine 6-Achsen-CNC-Steuerung mit integrierter Bewegungssteuerungs-CPU. Eine zuverlässige, leistungsstarke CNC-Steuerung in Industriequalität zum Selbstbaupreis. AcornSix verwendet eine integrierte 1-GHz-ARM-Cortex-A8-Bewegungssteuerungs-CPU und kommuniziert mit CNCPC über eine schnelle und zuverlässige Ethernet-Verbindung. Die AcornSix CNC-Steuerplatine steuert eine Vielzahl von Achsenmotoren und -antrieben mit branchenüblichen Schritt- und Richtungsbefehlssignalen. Perfekt für viele Arten von Werkzeugmaschinen wie: CNC-Fräsmaschinen, eine Vielzahl von CNC-Fräsern, CNC-Drehmaschinen bis hin zu CNC-Lasern und andere Spezialanwendungen. Kompatibel mit kleinen bis großen Achsenmotoren aller Art und kann mit den meisten bürstenlosen AC-Servomotor-Antriebspaketen wie DMM, Delta, Estun, Teco, Teknic, Yaskawa und anderen verwendet werden. Jeder Antrieb, der Schritt- und Richtungsbefehle akzeptiert. AcornSix läuft auf der bewährten CNC-Steuerungssoftware in Industriequalität von Centroid.
Acorn Six ist die einzige Karte die zusammen mit Glassmaßstäben und der Software "Ultimate" einen genauen Verfahrweg selbst nachregelt.
Alle Schritttreiber in unserem Shop funktionieren mit diesem Controller.
Der Controller wird mit der kostenlosen Version einer Software geliefert (daher ist keine Software von Drittanbietern erforderlich). Dies ist auf 50-KB-G-Code-Dateien beschränkt. Das Upgrade auf Pro,Ultimate und Digitalizing bündel kann später durch den Kauf einer Lizenz aktiviert werden.

Plug-and-Play-Relaisausgänge mit dem Acorn CNC-Relaisplatinen-Kit. Dieses Kit wandelt die sechs Open-Collector-Ausgänge von Acorn in weniger als einer Minute in Relaisausgänge um. Das Kit verwendet ein handelsübliches SainSmart „8-Relaismodul“ in Kombination mit der Centroid -Adapterkarte von @0G0S5 und einem Flachbandkabel für eine einfache Installation. Die Adapterkarte wird einfach in die Schraubklemmen des Acorn Output Connector eingesetzt. Die Adapterkarte wird mit 5 Volt Gleichstrom betrieben und verfügt über einen vorinstallierten 5-VDC-Anschluss, der an den 5-VDC-Anschluss des Acorn Logic-Netzteils angeschlossen wird. Dies ermöglicht CNC-gesteuerte Verbindungen zu verschiedenen CNC-Geräten wie VFDs, Magneten, Lichtern, Lüftern, Pumpen, Motoren, anderen größeren Relais und Schützen in einem kompakten Format. Das 8-Relais-Modul enthält acht SPDT-Hochstromrelais (Single Pole Double Throw) (10 Ampere bei 250 VAC und 10 Ampere bei 30 VDC), mit denen jedes Gerät direkt gesteuert werden kann, das für oder unter der maximalen Nennleistung der Relais ausgelegt ist. Wenn Geräte mit höherem Strom erforderlich sind, können diese Relais wiederum größere Relais oder Schütze steuern, um das Gerät mit höherem Strom zu steuern.
